I made an appointment to get my hair styled. I showed the "stylist" a picture and asked if she could do it if not I just want her to layer the back cause it was heavy. She said she could, she started cutting and shaving never allowing me to face the mirror. She did a chop up job on my hair, first of she cut it all off and left me just a little bit of hair on top. Actually, she gave me a boy cut, If crying would have helped I would. She was a very nice person, but I wonder where the hell she got her license. She butchered my hair completely. her name was Angie. I regret letting her touch my hair, I will NEVER go back!

Extremely disappointed at the outcome. I should be suing the salon or the styist for what they did to my hair. The stylist, G., did a horrible job. She did the opposite of what I asked. I told her to dye my hair light brown (my hair was practically platimun) and not Dark... then I told her to give me a haircut and even provided her with a picture of the cut. But G. H. Decided to do her own thing or maybe she just didn't know. My hair turned out dark and the haircut horrendous. My daughter described my hair like a "black mushroom"; it looks AWFUL! I had to call the manager because the stylist was doing/ did a horrible job. There was nothing the manager could do at this point but I was angry and crying and I needed someone else to finish the job. What's worst is that G.H. let for her lunch all happy go lucky while the manager was there trying to fix her mistake, my poor horrendous hair. Now I have to go and look for another stylist to fix her mistake, but not at JcP. I don't recommend it or at least get another stylist... I'm so angry, sad, and embarrassed... I look horrible because of the stylist incompetence. I would post pics, but I hate my hair right now.Services: Hairstyling

My stylist was 15 minutes late to my appointment because she was finishing up with another client. When I was finally sat down, no one told me who my stylist would be nor did my stylist introduce herself.I told her that I wanted a cut with long, subtle layers and a face frame that wasn’t too drastic. She understood and took me to the hair wash station and there was NO HOT WATER. As if the salon wasn’t already cold enough, the water was even colder. I was immediately uncomfortable and had an awful feeling.My stylist took me back to the chairs after my cold wash and proceeded to cut my hair. She was done in 10 minutes and took me back to the front counter to pay for the services. She was rude, didn’t talk much and seemed like she had other things to tend to or maybe get to a lunch break.Unfortunately I did not pay the extra $15 for them to blow dry my hair at the salon (big mistake) and hours later after I had gotten home and dried my hair myself, I looked in the mirror and saw the long layers were so choppy, like a child had done it. My face frame was so uneven. And not even the most bottom/base layer of my hair was cut straight.I immediately called the salon back to complain and requested them to fix. The person who picked up the phone asked who was my stylist and because that info was never given to me from the get-go, I never got it. There was a 5-10 minute process of nailing down my stylist’s name was Dora…I’ve been to this salon before and saw Perla for my haircut and she did an amazing job!! I guess some of the stylists here shouldn’t have a license to cut hair, but I’m hoping Perla can save my hair from looking like a tragedy tomorrow!Service: Haircut

Disappointed with my experience. I placed an appointment online with a recommended hairstylist, yet when I arrived she was beginning/working on another client. Last Minute haircut for my daughter and I. I just want to say how impressed we were with Glorias service. My daughters cut and style were quick to say the least. She understood exactly what we wanted and the result was phenomenal. Got great compliments from friends and family. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for anyone who needs these services. Location was immaculately clean and after every service they disinfected the area. 5 stars ⭐️

Needed a simple haircut (2 on top and 1/2 on sides) max 10 min haircut. I showed up @ 8:10pm and was told it was too late plus the available stylist had an appointment at 8:30. That's more than enough time to cut my hair but I guess some people just want to get out earlier than their closing time, very disappointing.

My mother was having terrible hair days. We went to JCP Salon where the stylists were kind and brilliant. Mom gets compliments on her hair from everyone now and doesn't even try. Thanks!
