Worst service 1 st I have to wait for the guy to show up then they issue th wrong date according to them was the system but they should had said anything so couldn’t get the plates today . R they need to inform customer better

DEC 16, 2023 I PAID $520 FOR INSTALLATION OF two tires on my Chevy Express. I knew at the time I was being overcharged, but I had a flat and no choice. I wanted midrange cost tires, but they said they only have most expensive. Also a lie. Next time I needed tires I got 4 instalkwd on the dullies for $962 at Discount Tire. Would not recommend Jaime's

Decided to take my 92 mazda b2200 vehicle for an alignment. I'm a certified auto tech since 2005. Before I brought it in ,I knew I had to check for bad suspension components,. If so get replaced but everything was good. They said I needed lower ball joint and outer rods to replace. I told them I check it before and they good, he said no they bad. So I took it to Firestone auto care and no problem, got it alignment. And jaime tire charged me 20 for check alignment for nothin.. bad service.

They did a good job for a fair price getting our shredded tire off and getting the spare out from a difficult place under the Chrysler and on.

Only one worker there was decent. The mechanic and another are very rude. Don't seem to want to help either. Was told that everything was fine on my vehicle, without even being checked. Go elsewhere

My wife called a day before and was told to bring in my car before 12 and did not need a appointment for alligment, I get there and Adam said he had 3 cars ahead and i said that is not a problem I'm going to wait I'm in no rush i know these things take time and he said no he could not do it with a attitude. its hard to support local when people act like this

Horrible customer service, mechanic is not good at his job at all !. I came in for an oil change, left with 6 more issues.

Used jaimes tire shop to get a wheel alignment because I had replaced all of front steering components. Took a trip to Florida. During trip had problems keeping truck in lanes. Decided to check tires and noticed that they were all chopped up at the threads. Checked on alignment and noticed that tie rod end clamps were not tight. I tightened because I felt unsafe on the road . Called jaimes tire shop and explained what was the problem. They advised me to go to a Firestone and have it checked out. Firestone said it was way out of alignment and aligned it.they said that they eyeballed it due to not having correct vin # on hand. Returned to Brownsville and went to jaimes tire shop for the chopped up tires due to loose tierod clamp and I was told that they couldn't do anything for me. They created this problem and have decided not to make it right. Furthermore I could have had an accident because of their negligence.
