We have purchased carpet and this store and our experience was fabulous, on another occasion we were trying to replace a blind that was damaged, they didn’t carry that particular brand however Mr Galvan was very helpful and worked on it free of charge. Who does that anymore? Great people. Highly recommended

Wonderful experience with Viva Floors & More! Rosie found us large samples to try out in our home. Julian spent lots of time making sure that the job would go smoothly and answering all our many questions. Our installers, Luis, and Jose Luis were amazing---showed up on time every day, and truly cared about our home and the way the floors looked when finished. They were artists at mixing the planks so the floor would look like "real
wood." They cleaned up at the end of every day!!
We spoke with the owner on two occasions and were impressed by his willingness to work out the contract so that we were comfortable with it.

I just had to give a shout out for VIVA Floors and More. We have spent the last several months, trying to find an area rug for our bedroom and could not find one big enough. The great people at Viva Floors listened to what we needed and helped us select a great carpet that they then had bound and made it into an area rug.
It’s perfect for our room and fits all of our needs.
The price was very reasonable, especially considering how large it was, and the people at VIVA floors did a great job helping us.
We highly recommend VIVA Floors for your carpeting and area rug needs.

It’s so difficult to encounter great customer service in the Valley but I was incredibly impressed with the efforts put forth by Rosie at International Carpet One. She was a tremendous help in ordering certain items for me even though I never stepped into the store. Not only that, but she was also very proactive and timely in keeping me updated on my delivery…each step of the way. In addition, she was simply a pleasure to interact with. Now days, it seems that everyone is a grump but not Rosie. Five stars to Rosie and five stars to the selection here too. I HIGHLY recommend considering this store for your flooring needs.
