Today i stopped by I.I.T.S and their staff was very helpful and professional. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. They have over 15 years experience so that's a plus. I highly recommend this business.

The "tax prepared" Anderson at the time of the tax preparation did not disclose very important information. When the stub showing all the fees we paid....there was a discrepancy of money. We called the owner "MR. SHULL" and said that their bank charged an interested for sending a check. We were not advised of this information and we would had understand from the initial conversation. Since they did not, "MR. SHULL" said come and pick up the difference of the check and to never go back to their office. This person has no respect for his loyal customers..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! location were this happened was the one close to Pur Fitness on the Expressway

This guy steals from you if you don't know what your filling for your income plus charges way to much and charges you the no insurances penalty and in texas that penalty automatically is remove for anyone who lives in the texas
