We are a new company starting out within the tax business, and we were not sure of where to go to open a bank account. Then we heard from word of mouth that IBC helps make it less stressful of opening an account. I am very thankful for the time and attention that the staff had given us, even though I was short for time. Will recommend to others.

Great customer service, and yes there was a bit of a wait time, but the bank representatives and tellers made sure to access our needs and were so helpful and thankful for that we entered the door. If you ever need help, ask Patricia Ledezma, Jessica, and Eva. 5/5 stars.

My first time at the IBC Main Branch and my experience totally exceeded my expectations. There was a few people there before me but the customer service representatives were working diligently to take care of others and get to next customer. I had the pleasure of having Stephanie help me. She was very professional and friendly. She addresses my concerns with a smile on her face and took care of my unauthorized charges. Thank you Stephanie!!

Went to the motor bank 8 minutes before closing because I needed to withdraw some money and I was told it was closed when it obviously wasn’t. They were rude and refused service during operating hours. Mind you there was no line.

Not even worth one star. The manager thinks that it is ok to go to lunch with another employee while there are 25 people in line in the their lobby. More than a thirty minute wait in line and not one apology. No bottle of water. Nothing but horrible attitudes. We finally got an appointment with the loan manager. We showed up on time and he sat there on the phone…with hiss”boss”. You would think that his boss would understand that he had to hang up to serve his customer…but no. He made us wait for more than fifteen minutes. We waited only to tell him that we would not be doing business with his bank due to his lack of attention and care. Right on que, he said, “fine” and went back to his office. Despicable behavior. How are they still in business. This is Texas!!! Go to PNC or BOA.
