She was very knowledgeable, kind, listened to us and provided information so WE could make an informed decision on what WE wanted & needed. We had shopped around but we got the best customer service here & warranty information & quality for our needs. Best of all - everything was provided in writing. Ms. Torres was patient and allowed us the time to ask. We did not feel pressured or rushed.
