Since the first day i joined. The HardKnox gym has always been very welcoming and that is what i enjoy the most. Not only that but I love the energy all the coaches and my teammates give me during the workout.

Best Gym In Town!!!!!Been in this gym for 7 years and it keeps getting better with time, the crew and members are so welcoming it feels like a second home! The workouts are always changing and pushing us to get stronger every day! ??

Hardknox has been great to me for many years now, this place has such a unique family like team. The coaches are great and the gym itself is top notch! I love the dynamics of every workout.
