Worst pharmacy I have been to. Waiting time is ridiculous, and the customer service is worst. The lady that answered my calls told me I had to wait 3 hours so I asked if they were able to send the prescription to another pharmacy. She said yes but that I had to call them first so I told her it was fine. When I called 3 hours later she said she canceled my medication. What??!! So I had to wait 3 more hours. I never received a call to get informed my rx was ready (like other HEB pharmacies) and when I got there she had the worst attitude. Worst HEB pharmacy!!

I think this is a nice pharmacy they're always nice to the customers but I haven't gone there for quite some time I think the have already might have change staff since I last been there

They don't try to help get meds fast. Always seems like they don't know what they're doing. Customer service is not good at this pharmacy. They even charged me for meds that CVS didn't charge me anything. I love this HEB but not the pharmacy, sorry had to make the change.
