Pharmacy staff is great! Always super helpful and knowledgeable. They always try to get my meds out as soon as possible and if I don't have refills they are very good about contacting my doctor.

Kimberly who works the front at HEB pharmacy on Central is a very rude fat mouth that violated my privacy act rights and was very loud and rude where all the customers could hearSaul the pharmacy tech is a bias person who thought it was okay to let this rude broad treat me the way she wanted but it wasn't okay for me to defend myselfADAM ROCKS THE BEST PHARMACY TECH EVER!!!!

Since there is no option to message you all, (other than calling corporate/calling store ) , which if I don't get any acknowledgment of this being read I will, I'm posting here . Today I was at your location on central boulevard in Brownsville, Texas and witnessed what appears to be the manager (younger lady in goldish shirt/ no nametag/ curly hair - 5pm today), making a spectacle of the HEB brand by talking down to employees, making it public and a downright spectacle . This including sighing , rolling eyes , answering to the poor employees in yellow shirts sarcastically and responding "tell him to get his a** over here " when a poor employee was answering one of her questions . This was WAY audible , NOT discreet and uncomfortable for me as a customer and as a former employee . On that note, while hired at HEB for almost 10 years , I was taught the value of being professional at all times . I can't even express how strictly that was instilled to the employees . Being employed at "Brown 3 " myself, that work ethic carried in to any job i had after , (and career I have now ), because the Managers we had then - even when I worked there approximately 7 years ago, had integrity and pride for the company . I guess the old guards are gone and the new wave of mediocrity has taken over these manager positions. Now , this situation didn't affect ME directly , but it is sad that a company that I was a part of and TAUGHT me about pride and work ethic allows this to happen out in the open .

This is the HEB I grew up with. It's gone through several remodeling sessions but at its heart it is still the HEB of my childhood. My parents are still regular shoppers here and it is always stocked with everything we need. (Want is a different story) The produce is fresh but sometimes borders on the side of overripe depending on what you catch a whiff of. I didn't see a meat butcher shop, just the fish monger section. That's a bummer, but there is still an adequate selection of meats. It's not a bad HEB per se, it gets the job done for the folks who live in this small town. And that's really all anyone can ask for, right?
