Horrible service!! No friendly treatment!Definitely if they don't have the education and don't like their job they shouldn't have that kind of staff!This person has no idea what education is! They're bad tempered, they shouldn't be serving the public!!

Worst pharmacy. Extremely slow service. Every time I go I end up waiting in line forever. What is this the DMV? Come on H‑E‑B! Overall I love H‑E‑B, but y’all got to get your pharmacies in better shape. There are 3 pick up terminals at my H‑E‑B, only one gets used apparently.

stay away from h‑e‑b pharmacies if you can.we normally use the h‑e‑b pharmacy in san benito (definitely don’t recommend that one either). san benito h‑e‑b did not have my sons medication that he needed and instead of letting me know they canceled the order. i called and they told me to get it filled at this location because they were the only one that had enough to fill that prescription.okay.so we called friday night and they told us “we can have it filled in 30 minutes” … the medicine was not ready until today at 12. the drive thru is a joke. we waited 30 minutes in line and we never made it to the front. there was only 2 people in front of us. my bf went inside and he said all the employees looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. they kept looking at him like they were confused and never came to help him. only one employee offered help.long story short… use another pharmacy if you or your child has multiple medications.y’all are making h‑e‑b look bad.

I never received a text or phone call that my meds were ready, this is the second time they do this. And to top it off, they never answer the phone. HEB needs to add pharmacy techs or employees to help out.

DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOTTTT USE THIS PHARMACy!!!First time customer. Tried to get them to do a profile transfer from my cvs pharmacy. Was immediately interrupted. When I tried to correct the interruption, the very rude lady put me on hold in the middle of my sentence. I have worked in customer service for 15 years. This is not how anyone should be treated, let alone a FIRST TIME customer. A nicer lady answered the phone and I told her what happened but she never apologized. Even after she gave me the info I needed, I tried to reiterate how upset I was and still no apology. Needless to say, even tho my medication is a little more expensive at CVS pharmacy, I’ll keep my business there from now on. I’d rather pay for the convenience and the customer service than pay less and be treated inhumanely.

if i could rate zero i would. staff always ignores or wont answer or give a straight answer when i ask really important questions as a long time and paying customer. if i try to push just a little to get more information i get attitude and pure rudeness in return just for asking about pharmacy related things. they are rude in this way both in person and over the phone and it really brings down my self esteem and makes me afraid to ask anything as of the last several months. this has been an ongoing theme for several months and it does not matter who i speak to. im always addressed like i am being a massive bother for simple and fair questions as a PAYING customer at that. the pharmacy for HEB on boca chica is wonderful and has super nice staff so i don't understand why it cannot be cohesive for staff to be helpful and friendly for HEB's only a few miles apart

Staff is always rude. They get mad when you ask important questions and hate being put on the spot when knowing they did something wrong. The manager there doesn't know anything! After explaining a situation that happened she basically says they make mistakes all the time and it doesn't matter. Its not okay when its people's important medication, or happens every time. The pharmacists there are very short tempered and yell when angered about their own mistakes.Train the staff on customer service if you ever hope to have better reviews.

This HEB is enormous! I love that while it is soo big and carries everything you could possibly need, it is always soo clean and orderly. I went on thanksgiving And they had associates keeping lines in check and making sure aisles were still clear to walk. It is aesthetically pleasing as well and their hours are perfection!

Extremely disappointed in the pharmacy delivery. I can never trust H-E-B to deliver my medication when I take the time to schedule it, their main excuses include me not answering when they call but I never get calls from them. Another fault they have is not always remembering to bill customers for medications and then not calling back so I can pay for them. PEOPLE NEED THEIR MEDS, DO BETTER H-E-B. Don't bother trusting H-E-B to deliver anything.
