2 nd year I’ve bought my grandchildren their IDEA academy uniform shirts and jackets. Very friendly and professional staff. They go the extra step and assist all customers. Very patient with all to include smaller children and when busy.I’ve seen lines of customers and the staff was attentive and helpful even when the small sales area is full and chaotic. Thanks to their email I did my shopping early which was better as the shop was not as busy. Ms Lorena was extremely helpful to me and another customer. Assisted both of us at the same time and kept our sales in order without missing a beat.

I wasted three weeks in waiting for plaques they lied to us and then blame my secretary that she’s the one that canceled the order when I was sitting in the office when she told them we needed them do not depend on them for anything now I know why they have a 2.5 rating I should’ve looked at the rating before I called them
