While waiting for an employee to come outside and guide to go forward, he came out and proceded to head back. Waiting some time there for him to come back and when he finally came back he just told me they proceeded to refund my membership and that they terminated it. No previous warning, no nothing. Never had any problems. I asked why and said cause of my roof racks, which I've never had a problem with in the past, and I've always passed thru the tunnel. Even thoigh I got the membership with an employee and they clearly saw i had roof rack and side rails. Even after I told the manager that I could remove them, he still proceeded to tell me the original side rails weren't complaint either. He also mentioned vehicles with roof racks were prohibited and any location,I could not return to any other GoCarwash. I repeat it again, no previous problems with the rails nor rack before. No previous warnings.

We were waiting outside the car wash for a employee to come out & spray the truck & after 15 min of waiting, manager automatically canceled our membership without talking to us about the reason why. Employee just came out & said our membership had been terminated due to the racks we had on the vehicle, never had we had an issue with the racks, we even told him they were removable & the manager basically said it didn’t matter & that we were banned from all “Go car wash” & we wouldn’t be able to get another membership, stating that there were signs “everywhere”. Nowhere does it say “vehicles with racks are PROHIBITED”. We had also just been there 2 days before & nothing was said about the racks.

The car wash itself does not clean your vehicle as well as what you pay for. When you try to cancel your membership, they " don't catch it in time" for the billing cycle. So you ha e to pay for an extra month of no use. The only good thing about this service, is you can use it as many times during the month as you want. That's it. Very unhappy. Will not be going back next sum.er.

This is the worst car wash ever do yourself a favor and don’t bring your car here. I initially noticed every time I would wash my car. I would have a new scratches, even though they were small, but yet I accepted it as part of the cost of keeping my car clean but then, I had a bath then completely removed from my vehicle. Luckily the air didn’t come out and I was able to go replace it, but they don’t compensate me for my time or for the part.

This location is very well kept and bigger.
Also I get a bit of a panic attack going in through the car wash so I asked the assistant manager if he could possibly take my car through the wash and he said of course and was very understanding and helpful! Five stars for Kevin!
