Had a small wreck that ended up being a bigger task than originally anticipated. Thankfully they were able to get the process done quickly. Had to get a new door and axel installed. Great work on the paint and truck is back up and running great.

Went to get an estimate. Individual that does estimates was not at the shop. He was communicating with me on the phone and the other guy in charge at the shop. The older gentleman at the shop was professional and helpful. However, the guy in charge of giving auto estimates sounds very arrogant. I asked to meet so he can see my car. Never agreed to and was just going by photos. I even text him for an estimate to paint my entire car. No response.I then went to EC body shop on frontage in Brownsville, TX. Staff is extremely helpful. The gentleman in charge of giving estimates was not in the office. But the receptionist called him and he met me at his business in less than 30 minutes. Very helpful and prices were decent. I’ll be posting his work soon.

Absolutely amazing folks, we hit an object on the road and our skid plate had to be removed until we can get a part when we return to Mexico. Very very gracious

The service was fast. When you arrive they explain the procedures of what the mechanic is going to do. They give you an estimate of cost and labor if you ask. Mechanics like these are needed in Brownsville
