Just went to Friendly Pharmacy for our Covid-19 Johnson & Johnson vaccine. They were very organized and we were in and out quickly. Great pharmacy.

This pharmacy is a joke! Certainly NOT a friendly people. When I had to transfer prescriptions because friendly pharmacy did not have them in stock they decided to say I didn't hv refills! My bottle from the previous month showed the ONE refill! LOL.. The refill did not magically appear on two prescriptions, so I would hv had to write it on the prescription. That's exactly what their saying & my reply to that is... "I would hv given myself more refills"! So, back to the story. My regular pharmacy calls me and tells me what Friendly is saying. I in turn call Friendly pharmacy to speak to the lady I had just talked with who suggested I transfer my refills which she had just verified as being there! It was allegedly a pharmacist named "Annie" who, after my Dr.'s office called her to verify the refill were in fact correct, she decided to "De-activate" my refill! All was good in the end for me because Dr. Lita in Brownsville, who I'm always so thankful for, called in a new prescription at my regular pharmacy I also had the oppurtunity to find out Friendly Pharmacy AIN'T SO FRIENDLY! Enjoy your Karma "Annie." People need their medicine! What you did was cruel, thnxs for fixing everything on a Friday afternoon, Juan! So yelp that, Friendly pharmacy!

Nobody anwers the telephone ,and it was barely 7:30 pm and they say they close at 9:00 pm.im going to another pharmacy.
