I had the pleasure of being assisted by Marco at First Cash Pawn, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Marco's customer service is nothing short of outstanding. He was incredibly kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that I understood everything about the items and their prices. He patiently took the time to explain all the details, answering all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I left the store happy and satisfied. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers' experience, but Marco does just that. I highly recommend visiting First Cash Pawn —you won't be disappointed!

Bought an item didn’t like it. Went over the same day didn’t even take 20 minutes and they told me they couldn’t give me my money back only store credit & nobody specified that and I’ve never had that issue at any pawnshop. Was literally forced to get something I didn’t even want. While checking their instruments none of them even worked properly.

I love this location, everyone is always very friendly, the manager there doesn't even know what a very humble and kind woman, without a doubt, I will return. The other branches are very shocking, very strawberry Second, and they don't help you.
