It was a super hot day. I pulled up and they took care of me. Very quickly. Very efficient, very professional, very affordable. I would highly recommend if you are needing any sort of basic mechanic work or possibly More or anything to do with like suspensions, alignments, wheels, things of that nature definitely recommend ferns automotive!

I've had the pleasure of being helped by Fern Automotive in Brownsville on two separate occasions, both times just around the time of a storm. Their service has been exceptional, and I feel compelled to share my positive experiences.
The first time I visited, I had an issue with the bottom cover of my car grinding when crossing speed bumps. The team at Fern Automotive quickly patched it up, and their workmanship has held up perfectly to this day. The quick and effective solution saved me a lot of trouble, and I was very impressed.
Today, I came by unannounced with an external door handle for my driver's side door. I had ordered the part from eBay and attempted to install it myself, but ended up losing the socket inside the door. Despite the short notice and the impending tropical storm, the mechanics Lupe and J.P. were able to take care of me promptly. Their professionalism and willingness to help in a pinch were truly commendable.
Fern Automotive has proven to be a reliable and efficient service center, consistently providing excellent customer care. I highly recommend them for any automotive needs. Thank you, Lupe, J.P., and the entire team at Fern Automotive!
