Overall great customer service especially Richard sales rep was very understanding and very helpful in understanding our needs as a customer plus his sales manager Jessie Lucio was very professional and willing to assist in any way to make sure price and payments were inline with budget finally the finance Mananger melly very nice in assisting with finance of process ….overal if you looking for a quality pre owned vehicle this the place to purchase you next vehicle by far one best place you find good quality prices and luxury vehicle- I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy another vehicle .

So thankful and grateful for this dealership! Our salesperson Juan was excellent in providing us with great customer service. The staff is amazing here. Even their staff member Richard engaged with us and our kids while we were seated in the waiting area. He was very polite!

NO CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION… Only if you are approve they will give you the best customer service…
I bought a 2015 Yukon a few years back, before buying or making a decision 2 sales persons were calling me over and over, kind of fighting for the sale. Telling me not to answer to the other sales person. Well I got the SUV, and was told in the future it was going to be “easier” per say, in buying with them due to the purchase history. Well I went this Saturday, 4 years later checking for an upgrade wanting to trade in my Yukon, well after waiting for 30 minutes we left there, Lalo was suppose to follow through in 20 minutes, no call. Today Monday I called “Lalo” again he still didn’t have an answer for me, I called 3 hours later he was going to call me back. I let him know how disappointed I was with them, when before they were eager to sell, he explain about my credit, and I understand but since my credit is not good you DONT CALL THE CUSTOMER back to explain. I asked for him to call me back that with more information. He did I was at work by then, his text said I was not approve for the loan. So I called back for more information this would be my 3rd call today. Spoke with Mr. Lara sales manager no consideration at all, NO customer service.

I bought my son’s first car at English Motors and less than a month later there is a major leak in the motor. I am very disappointed with the customer service. After taking Richard Benavides’s word that the car was reliable for my son, he now says that the car is no longer his problem. I am still waiting to hear back from the general manger Jesse Lucio but no word. I expected more from English Motors but after this experience I will no longer be returning here and I urge others to do the same and save yourself the hassle!
