Don’t waste your money here. Had a terrible experience with edible arrangements. I didn’t receive my arrangement and called more than 3 times to ask but no one picked up. I wanted to cancel since it wasn’t delivered but still no one picked up the phone. Next day I get a call and they’re telling me I need to go pick up my arrangement myself, when I payed for shipping. Also stating they tried to deliver twice when I have proof they didn’t. It’s a waste of time and money to buy here. Also, terrible customer service.

So sad that my mom did not receive the Mother’s Day arrangement that I preordered. I ordered a day in advance it said it would be delivered on 5/10 and it’s passed 9pm and she did not receive anything. She was home all day since she doesn’t drive, I have the correct address so there is no excuse to what happened. I called earlier before they close and they said it was out for delivery online it still saying is out for delivery but it’s 9:37pm at this time I no longer feel it will arrive.

Long story short I won’t be ordering from them again. I called to verify if an item was missing and the lady that actually delivered the arrangement said there was nothing missing when in fact a little bear was missing. I insisted it was missing and she kept saying it was in the bag,so basically she is saying I’m lying which I’m not. I don’t see why I would lie about a bear and frankly don’t care about it being missing. I cared more about the fruit was very bad quality and grew mold within hours. It was not worth $120 that was paid for. Two balloons,a box of 12 over ripped strawberry covered chocolates and a missing bear shouldn’t be $120 either.

This store is ridiculous.. Very bad customer service and definitely poor management from Mauricio who shouldn’t be a manager. He has no customer service skills and very unprofessional. No wonder why they don’t have any business.. Folks don’t waste your time or money at this place.. terrible experience and product wasn’t delivered to the recipient and also was left at the cashier stand. They person did not receive his bday gift and spend $50.00 for nothing. I will not be ordering from the facility ever ever again and they also need to hire a new manager…. If I can give this place a zero I would do so.. They don’t even deserve a 1. Also, I requested a cancellation before the product was delivered and they screwed me with that also. Paid $50 and nothing was resolved!

Horrible place.Stay Away. Fruit was rotten. So embarresed as i gave it to my boss as a birthday gift. Arrangement was missing ballon n choclates. So expensive not worth it.

I live out of town so I had to use this location for the delivery. Edible arrangements you all need to do better and provide times for your customers. If you have too many deliveries you shouldn’t book so many for one day. Truly, lucky are the gift recipients that get their arrangements in the morning or noon. It’s just ridiculous. This was my first time trying this service, safe to say I will be spending my money somewhere else.

My order was not delivered because there was not enough drivers. I appreciate that I was contacted that my order would not be delivered. However, I would love to receive my refund or a confirmation of a refund. It has been 5 days since I place order. I have tried calling multiple times. You have failed to perform the service and are therefore required to return my funds due to lack of performance. I need to be contacted ASAP.

I placed this order a week and a half for my friends Birthday and by the time she received it her Birthday party was over. It wasn't del. until 6:00 at night pretty much the day was over. Really disappointed.

I sent my father an arrangement. I accidentally sent the wrong address. The driver Mauricio couldn't get a hold of my dad over the phone so he called me. He drove and found the correct address and delivered it. It was the only gift that he received so it meant a lot. Great job!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be very dissapointent! Driver delivered to the WRONG house and the arrangement was all messed up. It is way too expensive and not worth it at all! I even called the store 24 times before it closed (not over exaggerating) and no one ever answered. I called AFTER HOURS and there was an answering machine on which means my calls were just being ignored. I was trying to figure out where the delivery was....the delivery wasnt dropped off until 9:45PM!!!! Horrible place! Never spending money here again!!!!
