Honestly horrible customer service from the associates working….had two associates on a register who saw the line exceeding more than 6 people but they stated that they couldn’t ring anyone up until whatever they were talking about was done.. this store is always the worst when it comes to customer service from associates but it’s not there job apparently to help customers

Every time follar tree has long lines and only one cashier. This dollar tree was terrible i asked an employee happen to be a male if he voted get someone to open more registers he said that's not my job I'm not a cashier what? Not your job. How about this dollar tree starts respecting it's customers time without leaving us in line for so long.

Very clean merchandise was organized . It’s a smaller one do it doesn’t have as much merchandise as other stores .

Nothing is perfect in life and everything changes but Dollar Tree used to be awesome because everything was a $1 but after the Pandemic everything change not only do you pay more for items but you guess less quantity and quality no thank you I will take my money elsewhere not getting ripped off

Love their small weightless brooms from here, they do a better job than the big expensive one's, great variety of things for home, office and school! Their chicken broth does Wonders in soups, or soup base, they always have different Spices available.. just love browsing through the whole store!! And also save lots of money ???

Once again 20 people in line only one cashier who also was filling balloons, while employees were stocking the store and talking on there phone, I asked about another cashier was told he was on a break at 5;20 pm on a Friday evening, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CUSTOMER CARE, I walked off left my cart that was heaping full! Like I'm sure they could care less, actually I probably can go back to store 2morrow and find it still sitting where I left it.

I am rarely disappointed at dollar tree ?. They seem to have a greater selection than before although, some standard items that I used to go there for, such as ? red peppers in a jar, and pesto sauce, are no longer in stock. This time I purchased three colored glass jars and some dried flowers from their wide selection, some clear glass pebbles, and a metallic silver decorative tape to make three attractive floral arrangements for about 18 dollars total.Some things are so much cheaper here such as hair decorations, creams, and makeup, others, such as paper products, are not. Happy shopping!

I stopped by today on my way home. There was an elderly gentleman in front of me who kept inserting his card incorrectly. The female employee was so rude to him. He was slow, yes, but she clearly has NO respect for her elders. When she rang me up I had a soda. I asked her when she scanned it not to touch the too and she rolled her eyes at me. I don't care if my request was ridiculous, yet she rolled her eyes and just walked away from the register. She has no business working in retail. No thanks, Ill take my business to the one on morrison, they have way better customer service.
