For some reason during the morning and afternoon this store is fully staffed yet they always have a messy environment. I don’t know if the GM doesn’t have the necessary standards or provides the required tools to set an acceptable level of quality for both customers as well as staff members. In my experience working a job like everyone else we can all tell from an observing perspective how a store is run by its own people, and from i have seen at this store is that there is a lot of favoritism going on there! I have seen the same young workers in the night shift working super hard only to realize how understaffed they are and how underwhelming it must be for them to work extra hard just to keep up with company standards due to the lack of professionalism and team effort from their morning/day shift members. One thing i have noticed is that one specific female wearing glasses whom I assume is the manager for the night shift at random days is either wasting time or pretending to be working while having her other 2 coworkers do everything else. Usually it’s always another younger female employee who’s always closing, and whenever i do some shopping at this specific location it’s just her and one other coworker. Really unfortunate and unfair for her in my personal opinion but in my experience this just another example of a company taking advantage of their hard working employees, despite doing what they must and more while suffering from favoritism. To those favorable employees getting their easy way of earning a paycheck while not putting the same effort as the ones i just mentioned i can only assume from experience and witnessing, the GM will continue this work ethic and will not do anything about it. From what me and many others have seen it can potentially mean that their district manager is the same way and won’t bother to do what’s necessary to provide a fair and just outcome to all it’s employees.

More like $1.25 -$5.00 Store! False advertising! Dirty sidewalk, full of disgusting gum residue. You would think that this location would have their act together since it's in the Northern side of Brownsville. You'll never see stores like this in Wyoming. The parking has oil stains and trash floating everywhere. Wow!
