They are the worst thing: I placed an order and they put it as if I lifted it, it wasn't like that, they withdrew the money from my account when I went to get my money, they told me to wait 7 days and nothing, they don't answer, they don't resolve and my money doesn't come back, the worst thing is

Terrible service . Manager called the police and wouldn’t let me pay. I was shopping early morning 5/22/23 and I approached the cash register to pay and set my basket down, I must have set my basket down too hard for his liking because the manager immediately asked me if I was “ok”and I replied “absolutely why?” He proceeded to tell me that I threw the basket at him. I asked, “I threw the basket at you?” and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me to leave “his store” he came out from behind the cash register and stood inches away from me and aggressively started demanding I leave in front of other customers including the employee that was also on shift. The manager is a dark Mexican, heavy set man, about 5’8 ,he wouldn’t give me his name. I am 5 ft he was trying to intimidate me before he called the police stating that he had a customer who would not leave the store. Everything happened at the cash register so the whole incident was on surveillance video. I said I can wait , show them the video and he said , “ I don’t have to show them s**** as soon as he started using vulgar language I left the store. Never in my life has a store manager ever acted this unprofessional toward me. I left called corporate office made a complaint and general manager will take care of this rude unprofessional, man.
