“After being mistreated by the unprofessional Marshalls Harlingen's manager, my closest store to reach that day was this store. I got stopped by the police in my way to this store which made me late. I got to the store no more than 4min to close. I explained the manger who was on the door my problem. I was in a trip and I bough a doggie cushion that I needed to return that day due not fitting in my car but there was a problem with the receipt . The management of this store ( 3 professional ladies) tried to find out what was wrong with my receipts , kindly were trying to find the solution to my problem and they did. I really appreciated the help, I wouldn't be able to sleep that night in my car if they didn't find the solution. This's the kind of professional treatment I expect as a costumer. Thank you again.”
