My sister had A 3 pm appt for her covid shot and they made her wait an hour she was the only one there at first and it took about half an hour for them to even acknowledge her. Very bad customer service. Then to top it off the male pharmacist took two older white ladies ahead of my sister even though my sis was there first and her appt was at 3 pm. Horrible customer service.

Poor service at the CoVID testing....I tried calling for help and it took 30 min to get a pharmacist to answer...Then told me to go on the line.i go on the line and reach the drive thru window...I was waiting waiting until I just gave up- did whatever and put the specimen in a box that was packed I had to push the infected bags to go down because mine didn't want to go in.... ? ? Sad I probably got infected again because the box was full....I had to touch all the bags to stuffed it down...Never ? doing a Test at CVS 1477 Ruben Torres

If I could rate them a zero I would. If you are waiting in line, the employees just stare at you and don’t even acknowledge you or say they’ll be right with you. The last time I asked the pharmacist a question he was very rude and demeaning. They always takes so long in the drive thru and inside even though it doesn’t look like there are any customers. I do not understand why they are so slow when this isn’t even a high volume store. I say this because I work as a tech with another company I’m pretty sure I could clock in for 5 minutes and get my own meds out faster than they can. UNFORTUNATELY my insurance is locked in to CVS or else I would have transferred my meds out of here a long time ago. This pharmacy needs a completely new staff with better training on customer service.

Terrible service. They took forever. I heard a pharmacist telling another pharmisist that a lady asked if it was going to take all night then he laughed and said he told her yes so not just do they take forever but they get joy out of it. Im not the only one who feels like this I've heard other people say the say the same thing and complain but I guess it doesn't get through to them. We go to get medication. This could be a life or death situation but they obviously dont care and this is not the first time. Every time I have had the need to go there, it's a long wait. Maybe CVS doesn't care since they're the only ones opened. Sas.

Hope you dont actually need your prescription. Because they dont order it and have no explanation of why.
