Absolutely horible was in there the other day i wanted to apply for progressive leasing for a new phone i never said i was going to take any phone with them i just wanted to see my options but the workers there started porting in my number before i even got approved...again no permission from me they couldn't even tell me how much the phone was bi weekly they mentioned 60 sum dollars every 2 weeks so when i got approved for 1200$ i wanted to see my options and when i told them i wasn't going to take the phone because I wanted to see my options they got real mad at me saying that they already started porting my number in when nobody gave them permission to they got mad that they were one button or whatever from porting me in with no information about the price the plan or anything never told them I was going to take any phone they took it into there own hands and tried to scam me then kept asking am I sure like 6× horrible customer service they acted like I wasted there time and all I wanted to do was see my options watch out they might try to scam you

I stopped by at listed location on 7/5/2021.I was impressed with Manager Renae and TecArnold they gretted me upon arrival with a smile.Staff was very Professional and address all my issues.Techician Arnold provided me with tips to optimize use of my new phone.Thank you very much for displaying a positive attitudeYour quick response to addressing my queries and valuing my time sets the standard for excellent customer service

My wife called me very upset after leaving this store. She went to this location to pay her phone bill and the sales lady by the name of JADESMI was on the phone and didnt acknowledge her until 15 minutes later after she hung up. There was no other customer in line or around but my wife. When my wife mentioned that she was there to pay a bill JADESMI personal phone rang and she engaged in a conversation with her friend and ignored my wife. When my wife asked her if she was going to help her or not, she simply asked what could she do for her. By this time my wife was furiated and told her not too even bother that she would complain to corporate. She still had the ordasity to tell my wife GO AHEAD. This store is closer to home so it was more convenient but from my wife's experience. She prefers to drive further to another location due to very VERY BAD SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM.
