Lady wanted to charge my wife a 100 dollars to hold a phone . Last time I checked cricket don't charge to hold a phone for 15 min while a customer drives over to the location . Not professional at all and the lady needs to learn how to speak properly without using slag .

Awful customer service! “Manager” from location installed the glass protector WRONG! And she started telling us to just remove it clean it with windex and put it again instead of just fixing the problem for us!
