This was the second cricket store I stopped by today to get help with my new phone. Sad to say a lot of young employees are not very knowledgeable, but Rosie at this location was! First off she greeted me with a big smile and then answered on my questions and helped with the troubleshooting with issue I was having with my new phone. She gave a five-star service today and I'm sure she does every day. Rosie you deserve a raise!
