I've been a satisfied customer for many years. The salesperson was very informative. Javier Rosenbaum answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcomed. I appreciate the time that he took explaining everything in detail and made me feel like a valued customer.

Do not buy a refrigerator here. I purchased a Samsung fridge in which the sales man said it was a new one not a floor model. It broke down within the first week and it ended up being a floor model. Now got an LG fridge not even 6 months in it stops working. Techs were not available immediately so I lost all my food. Called the store and immediately blamed it on manufacturers, but they handle the appliances for delivery so anything can happen in that time frame. They failed to take any type of ownership and showed no empathy for the situation. Unprofessional.
