The staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely a good vet to take your dogs,cats.

The traffic is very rough, they don't accept that they make mistakes and make mistakes and they want to give the responsibility to the client when they make mistakes.
I took my York and the doctor examined her and I assume that she told them what I needed and when they put it on paper I imagine that they forgot to put the correct medication and when I ask to speak to someone that other very kind doctor explains everything to me and realizes that The most important doctor is missing but they came to charge her without realizing it and then I realize it and ask more questions and everything they said changed the whole giagniatico and of course the price
I tell them about their mistakes and instead of accepting that they were wrong, they get angry and give me attitude, seeing that the fee is theirs and they put my pet's life at risk. If I take my pet without the correct rudeness, it bites me and they very good with your mistakes and sorry but I do ask a lot because my pet is part of the family and Pierrot is like that things happen

Anyone else didn't want to give me my records when I said I would get another opinion
What a shame that they are not humble and admit that they were wrong.

Whether you have an appointment or not, expect a long wait. They seem careless about anyone else's time but their own, and facility was not clean. Not recommended

What a wonderful experience we had at Companion Animal Hospital! Pumpkin was treated like a Princess. Customer service was Excellent and the Doctor took her time to examine every inch of our puppy. We walked out with complimentary vitamins, snacks, food, and toys. The price fair for all the services they provided. I highly recommend this place

I love that Companion Animal Hospital is available to treat my feathered baby!!! It’s hard to find great avian doctors!! Lucky to have them locally!!! Big blessing and great staff!!!

Unbelievable. I called to see if they had a certain cat food, they said they had it. Sent my husband to go purchase it. When he gets there they tell him he can't buy it becauw he's not an established client. We have a script from another vet that does not have the food at the moment. They go and ask the Vet, vet said it was OK to sell my husband the food. They go to the back to get it and then tell my husband they don't have any, that they just sold the last bag. Sounds like lied to my husband just so they wouldn't sell it to him. Not everyone buys this food all the time and for them to pull that number is ridiculous. Now it makes me wonder what kind of staff works there since they have a high turn over rate with their kennel technicians.

I would never recommend this hospital ,my experience was the worse .I waited I. The waiting room for the Dr .about one hour and a half or more .Dr .didn’t check my dog like he was supposed to be checked and as the visit I paid for, he was there with my dog not close to 10 min ,but did his staff quickly made an estimate for me of $836 00 dlls for labs and tests that my dog didn’t even had to get done since he had gotten done like 4 days before .,I would take long to explain more detailed.what was more upsetting was at the time of paying my drs visit which was suppose to be $49.00 dlls and at time of pay the receptionist said it was $62.00 dlls I asked why if the visit was $49.00 she told me because of the extensive visit ??I said really I waited almost 2 hrs for this Dr and he is charging me extra for not being there close to 10 min with my dog.I said if they started charging me per min ?and even they recommended me to take my Dr to Mexico so I could pay less
