Had very close family relatives shop in here. Although they got what they were originally looking for. They overheard one female worker making fun of them for looking at "intimate things". If I'm not mistaken.. I believe people providing customer service.. Should provide Professional Service. So if you shop here. Try to keep an ear out. They're probably talking about YOU. This is why I prefer Pokey's PlanetI guess I'll be leaving Cloud 9 (Boca Chica) in the dirt. Hope they get new and PROFESSIONAL staff.

cloud 9 was our go to but todays visit to THIS cloud 9 changed my view on it. girl that was there was just trying to make a sale instead of actually helping us get what we needed, asked for a banger and she led us to the flower pieces and ONLY gave us HIGH priced items and ended up giving us the wrong prices! asked for pearls and her response was “i don’t think we have any of those” and 30 seconds later pulls out a container FULL of pearls. we ended up getting a whole new set for less than what she originally wanted us to spend! if you don’t know what people are asking for or how to help and only care about sales and not even know the product, you shouldn’t be working there! would MUCH rather drive further to get BETTER service and people who actually KNOW what they’re selling.
