Worst customer service ?, can't even get thru to speak to someone. Drive all the way to Brownsville from harlingen because no one picks up and I suspect fraud in my acct and there's a paper on their window saying they're closed, no explanation.

I went in today to open an account and the lady that helped me was very helpful she helped with all my questions. Didnt wait at all and the staff is very friendly I will tell friends and family about Chase!

I’ve been so disappointed with Chase since they decided to cut down some fairly large oak and crepe myrtle trees. Their excuse was the mess being made by birds that were roosting in them. None of the neighboring businesses did that even though they have the same issue. I don’t know how code enforcement let them get away with that!! Now the bank looks unkept!!

Blonde bank attendant with orange stone pendant didn't even greet us respectufully with her name or even a "welcome"The tellers on the other far back side of the building had to acknowledge my presence.The blonde banker didn't even get up, just shouted from her cubicle "Do you have a question?"We told her clearly and politely what we wanted to do (cash a check and open an account with the funds)She: So it's a chase check? We're not cashing government checksUs: [puzzled as EVERY bank is legally obligated to do so] ....She: and if we do it takes two weeksUs: Ok so. can we start the process to open an account?Her: Yes. BUT YOU WON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE MONEYShe asked for an ID. My husband provided his and she implied he cannot start a savings account if *I* don't have my I.DWe weren't asking for a joined account. We just wanted to open an account.I don't doubt the information she gave us in terms of requirements and such, so she likely does most of her job well; however, we asked a few more questions and requested that she check if she had any of our info in their system as we both have previously had an active account but she continued to be extremely short and rude, and legitimately did not seem to want to help us at all.We had the info she was asking for in the car but we just looked at eachother in acknowledgement of her bad attitude told her we didn't have it and left.

Here to open an account. At 1:25 pm on a Saturday, Associate on her phone texting no one in line and tells me by appointment only, because it takes around 30 minutes or so. SMH or I can open it on line. Yes they close at 2 on a Saturday. And yes I had everything they needed. Always bad service here.

Music is so loud you can’t hear anything. Employees are rude and not helpful. Have no idea how long I have been sitting here or where I am in the queue. Skip chase in person. Online it is a good bank. But this location is absolutely horrid. Save yourself the time and headaches. Go literally anywhere else.

If I could give zero star I would. I just walked out of there after having an appointment with Sergio. Was trying to open a business checking account and was being very uncooperative because he wouldn't use a picture of an ID since we forgot one. Came all the way from Harlingen to open this account to be told no even though I had all other information on hand. I couldn't even open the account by myself and add my husband later. Chase allows to open accounts online, don't they use a picture of an ID to open online? Absolutely horrible customer service and he came off very condescending.

Worse bank ever! They steal your money! my account was hacked because I had over thousands dollars of transactions of fraud but chase bank said that they will not be giving our money back even though it was fraud transactions and they will be taking more money out of account cause of credit. DON'T BANK WITH THEM THEY DO NOT PROTECT YOUR MONEY THEY STEAL IT OR LET SOMEONE STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL!!!

Don't bank with them just recently I had over $1000 stolen from me and I reported it and after they did there investigation they said they would not give me my money that I had stolen and they would take the credit they gave me for the mean time $323 so I wad loosen $1,341.19

Chase is a pretty good bank. Bankers are friendly and answer all your questions. Chase offers a mobile app., zelle, credit cards, business banking for checking and savings. Banker can guide you and help you decide what account is best tailored to your needs. Chase does not offer an on the spot debit card but debit cards usually arrive within a week.
