Poor Management. Terrible customer service. I needed a document and the representative gave me a 1866 number only. I contact the 1866 number requesting my documents, they told me branch representative could have safe me time, they are supposed to call for me as a free service for having my accounts with them, the branch representative are able to print the document that I requested. The branch representative at Ruben Torres that attended me gave wrong information, wasted my time and didn't resolved my problem.

Tried opening a business account with this branch. The employees Jose Rico Jr. & Ricardo Recio never responded to my emails or calls in regards to updating me on my account. Choose to bank somewhere else, terrible service. You can't even get ahold of anyone in this branch by phone...

If you'd prefer not to have frequent fees, I'd bank elsewhere. There is a $3 fee specifically for not using their ATM on top of the $2.95 fee required for withdrawal. They also charge anywhere from $5 - $12 per month to maintain the account, with at times no respect towards a minimum balance requirement. It's ludicrous.

This Chase branch is understaffed.The drive up has three lanes open for 12 cars in line. For one Bank teller.I don't recommend coming to this branch to use Drive up service. Horrible waiting times

By far this is worst chase branch in the country. Poor customer service. Also one ATM available.

Today felt like when I was a kid abd went to the bank with my Dad. Everyone was very friendly. The young lady teller was very helpful and nice. When I went back in to finish, she was busy, and the teller next to her greeted me with a smile and helped me. Just impressed with the service.

I tried to open a basic bank account at 4:50 PM. They told me that I had to come back another day and to set up an appointment. I told them I drove from Harlingen and I work night shift and they told me too bad so sad. Really upsetting as I had everything for a quick basic checking account in my hand and would have been done in probably 10 minutes.I looked around the massive bank and there were several bankers sitting with empty cubicles and could have helped me. Must be a good place to work since they out there employees before customers or potential customers :/

Please stay away from chase. I can’t count how many times they have shut down my card to ‘protect me’ while shopping, paying for gas, or making ordinary purchases. They will never tell you the reason. Happened again today but they are closed for a holiday. Why though, this holiday is not celebrated in India or the Philippines where all my calls are to Chase are always transferred. Ridiculous..
