Called Customer Service about inbound freight that was 3 days late (not including the weekend) and the customer service rep told me that if we wanted guaranteed next day delivery, we should be using a different company. I asked him "Are you seriously telling me this?" He said "Yes I am."

They changed my delivery date 4 times. They wouldn't answer my calls. They delivered my $5000 oven completely broken. When driver finally arrived they were ready to give me a claim number because they knew what they had done. No sympathy whatsoever. Very unprofessional company.

You don't complete your delivery on Friday afternoon. You take back to dock . you leave customer hanging high and dry. Then you have no weekend service to help explain , inform or remedy the crucial time down for an urgent job.You are not up to par with this like other carriers. We know for next time.
