Mercenary. They increase penalties way too often and by a big amount. I would do 0 stars if I could. Not penalties, but storage fees. I have never had a penalty in 11 years, but the increase in storage fees is horrible.

I had made a door dash delivery here and the lady claimed she never got it, I handed it to her myself, almost got me fired. These people are thieves stay away!!!

It was easy to check in and reserve a unit. Martha at the central Blvd location was kind and informative. The 10x10 unit was a perfect fit for my items.Easy gate entry into the storage units.

My Experience with Move It Storage was just great. Martha Cano has been the lady that has always worked with me for and thing that I may have needed. She is a great person to work with she is very polite and has a lot of patients. I recommend Move In Storage for anyone that may need a safe place for their personal belongings.
