I got 16 washers from them about 1.60 each. I went back in about an hour to return half of them ( 8). They said there is a 25% charge for "restocking". That argument is written on the receipt with small letters.Why are they charging 25 % since there were just some washers? They aren't going to use a forklift to do so!.They were not an special order and nothing like that!.Shame on them!

This place is top notch, couldn't be happier with the knowledge and customer service. Don't be fooled by only thinking they do bolts, they have numerous other items . Welding supplies/Machining tools and Safety equipment and etc.. Wonderful group thanks again for everything .
