Took my car here and it come out making noises and in worse condition then when it came in. Took it to another place and they sad that mires were in the wrong location, this causing electrical damage to my battery. Trust the low rating of this place.

Do not do business with these people ! Three times they had to get my alternator working and failed. Last conversation with them,they said they needed the car to fix. I bought a rebuilt from the parts store and installed. Works fine,so wasn't the car,there mechanic is an insult to the trade.

brought a alternator in for rebuilding,was told would be about an hour to get estimate. two hours later,i called [multiple times before someone answered] and was told haven't gotten to it yet. Called later was told 54 dollars to repair,i told them to go ahead. picked up next day and installed, doesn't charge.Called and talked to them and was told bring it back @ 10 am next day. Dropped off at 10 am and waited for call, 3 hours later,i called them and was told it was done.Went and picked up,reinstalled and now over charging ! 18 + Volts. Called to let them know situation and was told it's my car. Being I spent my life working as a mechanic,I can say it's not my car ! I have proper voltage on the wires i should have,UNTIL you start it then Overcharging ! I called back { after I cooled down] and they still insist they need the car to fix it. Avoid these idiots at all costs ! Should of looked up yelp review before i went there ! local part store employee sent me there,gonna let him know how unhappy i'm with them.

Hello, I would like to express my complete dissatisfaction with this so called business. The place looks like a dump, If you occasionally did not see a person walk in and out of that business you'd think the place was closed down. Customer service is garbage. If you call the place you wont be able to reach them cause (956)546-8702 is not their number, it is this one (956)561-4347. To tell you the truth, good luck reaching anyone there. The female attendant there is too busy watching Mexican novelas than answering the phone. I went there to have my cruise control problem fixed primarily. This did not happen. You have to go there personally to get any updates on your vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off at about 10 am on a Monday. The mechanic told me he would give me a diagnostic by 12 pm noon the next day. I didn't get a diagnostic until Friday at 1 pm. That is because I kept fussing at them by going over there personally. They said all this other stuff was wrong with it and it needed to be fixed to fix the cruise control issue. I said fine fix it. They said that they were done on Saturday, and it was late, like closing time. At the end the bill was 525 and they only accept cash. I tried the cruise control and guess what, it did not work. And I guess through the them checking everything else they broke my shift lever and just left it like that. I took it back on that Monday and gave them my complaint. They fixed the lever but not the cruise control issue. Their excuse for it is that they needed a scanning machine to find out what the issue was......"Really". They recommended a business across the street and that did have the equipment their business did not have. These people are very dishonest, and they are not competent at their job. If you go there you will be ripped off. I did. They do not have the proper equipment, know how, personnel, or business value in running their business. They excuse the owner gave me why it took so long in getting back to me is his truck got Repoed and he could not be at his business to supervise his workers. I originally went to that business because a friend recommended the place, "BIG MISTAKE". So I left the place with my vehicle practically Frankensteined with used parts that it did not need, $525.00 less in my pocket, and the same vehicle issue it came with. Heed my warning. Do not leave your vehicle to these people. In true honesty this place gets no stars at all.
