To cash America on security dr and was greeted by the assistant manager Marcos my experience with him was great. He made me feel very comfortable. He was also happy and ready to help with the smile on his face.

If you want great knowledgeable customer service with a smile, "Josie is your go to gal"! I visited the store yesterday, upon arrival the staff are attentive to acknowledging and greeting the customers. Josie was insightful and patient she answered all my questions very professionally. And YES, a purchase was made so I definitely will be going back... Thanks doll !

Honestly, I never want to buy or pawn anything here again. 1st, I pawned my husband necklace. I go to the store to take it out then the person behind the counter says the chain has been destroyed. I was so devastated because I saved up so much to buy him that chain. I knew I could sue because they were liable because it was the employee fault. They made me sign something so I don’t sue. (I’m assuming) I buy some earrings that same moment then they showed me the earring that was not broken. My husband goes to take them out and now one of the earring is broken. I would have never bought them knowing they were broken. I go to the store to see what can be done. Basically they could buy it back for half the price sold to me. I cried and felt so ripped off. Asked for the manager and left my info. They said they would call back and never did. This establishment is very unprofessional . I will just take it as a learning lesson don’t make the same mistakes I did trusting them. I would have felt a little better if they would of just called but not even that anymore.

I went to Cash America Pawn on Security Drive in Brownsville Texas today and the service was absolutely superior. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly staff and the gentlemen who assisted me, Guadalupe, went above and beyond by helping me get the best trade possible for my items. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking to sell or pawn there belongings!

Great customer service! The employees are so kind and helpful ! I went yesterday and lost my phone but luckily the employees helped me locate it! I feel very welcomed when I come here. Rick, what a great guy, was able to explain carefully my options. Will come back for sure !
