Paid 1,500 to get my baby Yorkshire fixed! I would expect for that amount of money you would get good service but no! One of the girls In front desk is the worse! Super rude, condescending just nasty over all. I’m asking questions and she speaks over me and rolls her eyes like it’s bothering her! It’s extremely uncomfortable to have this type treatment towards a client! Such a bad rep for this clinic

Turned me away even thought my dog is bleeding profusely. I asked if they can wait a few minutes after the walk in end time of 3:30 as I might make it 10 minutes pass but was told no. Perhaps if they hired people with compassion they would have waited a few minutes

After calling over 10 veterinarian offices in a single day asking for someone to see my puppy that was very sick, Brownsville Veterinary Clinic was the only one to say, "Yes come on over, we accept walk ins!" What a relief!! Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great experience and because of that, they are our pet's new vet.

?WARNING ?DON’T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM!!!‼️I took my 1 year old puppy here because she had ear infection and needed treatment. When I got there, the staff mandated I wear a mask. I didn’t have a mask so they gave me one that smelled like sanitizer so badly that I couldn’t even keep it on. They put us in a patient room after weighing my puppy. Minutes later a young guy assistant came out to our room and started asking questions about our dog. I told him that she had been having itchy ears and that she probably just needed some medicine for it. So my puppy clearly doesn’t like strangers all for a good reason. He then took her to the back after making me put a muzzle on her. She was taken to a back room for too long. She was gone back there for about 30-40 minutes when it should have been 10 minutes. Even though she had the muzzle on you could hear her crying and crying. My son and I started getting very concerned for her while anxiously waiting to get her back the vet Gomez walks in and starts explaining how infected her ears are and that she was going to need all these procedures done almost anticipating to proceed with her. I mean as soon as he talked, this doctor started shaking. He was not a stable person when speaking and I wondered why. He gave us this crazy look and as he was leaving the room I could feel pure evil. I then knew I should get my puppy back right away. I then walked out the room and advised the lady helper that I wanted my dog back and that I wouldn’t be paying for any procedures! She then added that she would bring the quote. When she did it said they would charge $466. She acted the same way the doctor did and started shaking when she walked in and could barely even speak. I wondered why?? Something was very wrong in this place! I told her no just give me my dog back now! I went to the front desk and I payed for the visit only. I then asked the receptionist when can I get my puppy back and she had the audacity to say as soon as we’re done here in the front basically saying I had to pay first so they could release her back to me. I was so upset at this point. After paying, they brought my puppy back. As soon as I got her I realized something was wrong with her. She had a horrible odor coming from her. And my son and I questioned it right away as we were walking out this clinic Brownsville Veterinary Hospital. Instantly we knew they had harmed our innocent puppy. It smelled so bad it rieked of bad odor. I checked my dog and sure enough she had poop around her private area and that’s when I called the police to make a report for animal abuse. The police took about 30 minutes to get there. We waited so long and all for the police officer to go in the hospital and get lied to. The staff in this place made up a bunch of lies about how much pain our dog was in and that when they tried to check her ears she went poop and that’s why she smelled like that. But no I knew they were lying. Because she was perfectly fine when we got there, before they took her away to the back room. She smelled so so horrible when they gave her back to us. That after getting home we couldn’t even get the smell off of her. When we tried to take care of her at home, she was so traumatized and wouldn’t let us put her in the bathtub. She has always trusted us and it was wrong to see her be afraid for the first time ever. Them people are sick evil! Whatever you do, don’t trust them with your pets!!! But God saw what they did to her and what they do in those back rooms and God will take care of it one day!!!

I recently relocated to town and needed to take my cat in for his yearly exam. I was pleasantly surprised to have found Brownsville Veterinary Hospital. I was warmly greeted from my initial call for an appointment and was also greeted as I walked in the door. I found a wonderful and cheerful office staff. Follow-up questions and returned calls are always answered right away. The office setting has a calming environment for my pets. I will most definitely be returning and highly recommend this veterinary practice for your fur babies ??
