It's unfortunate that a simple phone call to get pricing can lead to bad customer service. When calling to any company it's called being polite to know who you're speaking to for future reference. The gentleman who answered never gave his name and was adamant about not giving it out. When asking for the units available he did not give one the chance to ask for a certain unit size as he only stated he was out of the large units. Please give or train your employees better phone etiquette skills. Thank you.

Never been to a storage place but it was great to know your items are secure. To enter you need a code to get the gate to open and every door has a latch where you place the pad lock. Very clean and affordable and the staff are helpful as well.
