The best buy in Brownsville, TX is amazing as far as their employees go. Everyone we talked to was beyond nice and helpful. They actually made sure we were taken care of before we walked out the door. I wish all the best buys were this awesome ?

Terrible customer service. Went in to buy an IPad with an Apple Pencil for my work. I didn't mind waiting because there was quite a few people but after a bit I asked an employee if someone could help. He said he could but gave me nothing but attitude and sassy remarks. Told him I needed the pencil too and at first he said "we don't have it", then after looking thru inventory said "nvm we do". When he started running my items I noticed it said a version of the pencil that wasn't compatible with my iPad model (btw thank God I had already done my research because whatever few questions I had about the iPad this guy did NOT want to answer). I asked "wait is that pencil compatible". This guy turns his head to look at me sideways and said "Yeah...it's an Apple Pencil". I thought "Whatever as long as it works I'll be cool". Had to go back to work, I'm a tattoo artist and had a client going in an hour. Sure enough the pencil didn't work. I was so excited to show clients and other artists, I worked for months saving up 500 for this. It's a lot for me it'd be nice to feel comfortable in the store or at least feel like they don't mind selling me something lol. I returned it the next day out of frustration I'm just gonna buy online. Not gonna say the employees name but young guy with nail polish. I have nothing against the attitude, arrogance and just lack of professionalism is disgusting.

No help from associates. The one associate that did help, didn’t actually do anything since my order was cancelled. Online help is a joke. Transferred 6times in every Chat they closed, about 5 chats. They don’t honor their prices.

My 3 stars are, of course, personal. It doesn't mean that it is what it is for me. Nice place, excellent product quality, good brands, and all that, BUT they need more registers open, I can never find someone to help me with something within 10 minutes at least. They need more workers cause since being electronics, it takes time to show explain and answer all kind of question.I try visiting this store the less possible I can, but when I go, it is always the same thing ?

Normally a good place. I know Christmas is coming, but we're still in November... I went Saturday. It looked like some employees were "Grinching" already. At one point I saw one see me and detoured the other way. I just wanted to buy a TV. I managed to help myself and the only thing I didn't do was ring myself up....The cashier Did thank me, though. They do have good items though but I am willing to pay a bit more, BUT... only if I get good service.

Ordered, online, a 50 inch Toshiba tv day before Thanksgiving. Delivered by 10 am Friday morning to the campground we are staying at on South Padre Island. Driver was extremely professional and polite! Tv is perfect! Best Buy really earned all 5 stars here and our purchase price was under $300! Hard to believe on such a low price item that they would "White Glove" treat us! Lol, that's what it feels like!Thank you for reading my review:):):)

I was just here and to no surprise I wasn’t helped. Every single time I visit the employees are little to no help at all. They have you standing there like an idiot and just walk past you without offering any assistance. They will look you in the eye and just walk off to what they were doing. It’s one thing if you don’t work a certain department but not even offering to call someone to assist is ridiculous. Wasted about 30 minutes waiting to get some AirPods and never got any help so I left.
