Staff was kind and very attentive to my requests. They have many colors and the waxing was very good. My eyebrows come out good every time and they don’t get a reaction afterwards.

I do not recommend this place, the personal attention at first is pleasant but once they finished doing your work it is as if you were not there, Monica was applying very thin acrylic nails to me and when people started arriving she asked someone to please. He was in charge of painting my nails, which was a big mistake because he didn't know how to paint them. He was adding several layers of paint very quickly without letting them dry, making my nails look thick and horrible. I was inside for more than an hour. waiting for them to dry. I came back the next day to have it fixed and apart from the fact that they wanted to charge me 10 dollars more, they ended up applying another color that wasn't the right one.

I’ve been getting my nails done at Bella Nails for years. They are not the kindest individuals, but I go there because their wait time is minimal.Today, I had a horrific encounter with female owner. She approached my 9 year old daughter with a colleague of hers and they were speaking in their native language. She then asked me, “how old is your daughter?” I said, she is 9. The woman says, “she is so big and heavy, my daughter is skinny like me.”The woman laughs, as she tells me this. I see my daughter look down with embarrassment , while I try to remain calm.I tried to explain to the lady how inappropriate it was to body shame a young child. She responded with, “ that’s your problem if you are offended.”As she reads this review, I would like to say, KINDNESS is what one should spread!!! NOT ignorant comments to young girls!My daughter says, “Mom there are so many nail salons…””we don’t have to go there!”And, she’s right!❤️

I don’t recommend going here. Or i dont recommend seeing an older male tech. I appreciate that the tech didn’t want to cause fungal growth by layering acrylic over a broken nail. But I just needed a temp fix. She pawned me off to another male older tech to do an acrylic fill and gel colour. Sloppy acrylic fill. Super sloppy. And terrible paint job. I didnt know about the fill because I’m only seeing it now as it grows how bumpy the edges were to my nail-bed. But during his paint job, I told him soon enough “sir, this is ugly” because i could have done a better job painting with my teeth. He kicked me out half painted with uncured gel paint. Ummm your ONLY JOB is to paint my nails, do it in the lines, sir, & dont get offended when I say it’s ugly to give you a chance to fix it. I had to go across the street for a paintjob.
