I am not one to write bad reviews honestly, because I understand that we all have our bad days and I like to give establishments multiple chances, however, I've had too many bad experiences here. I've had multiple occasions where the employees were rude. Orders frequently get cancelled despite saying that they have stock on line. A lot of the times orders get cancelled too during major sales because they don't get completed in a timely manner and the items sell out. It seems like everytime I have ordered something here after they moved into the new spot, I have had issues. If it wasn't for the distance and if I was still working there, I would prefer to go to the Harlingen stores but I shouldn't have to drive 40 minutes over because of issues with the store here. It would be different if we didn't have a store here. All of these bad experiences unfortunately are making me not want to shop at b&bw at all anymore despite being a loyal customer for years.
