The service is great once you get attended, they need more personal on the registers, and other persons answering the phones so the person's on the registers can attend customers faster.

They were absolutely no help, when we came in with a dead battery. First they told us it would take 4 hours to charge it. Then suddenly they said it would only take 40 min. They didn’t tell us if the battery was good or not after charging. We took out the battery ourselves and put it in after charging only find to find out it was completely dead. We purchased the battery from them and then they refused to help with a battery change even though it said the purchase came with a free install. We told this to the employee who then said he spoke to his manager who said they didn’t do that. Even though all he did was stand in an empty aisle for a few minutes. The 2 employees at the front were extremely lazy and total doofuses. They knew absolutely nothing about anything. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Mario was very great in spotting out the issue of my vehicle. Great communication skills and very attentive when explaining my issues of my vehicle. I highly recommend you go and see him to get any problems you need fixed!
