I went in to get a part I needed for my vehicle. The clerk was insisting that I need to buy 2 parts. I kept saying I only needed one. I reminded the clerk that I'm the one buying it. Not him. I have never had such bad service at this company's other stores.

Lilke the fact that u can use there tools but!!! They have a lot of items priced wrong. Then once your at the counter w a long line. You are forced to buy it. Lame!!! Fix your selfs

Autozone has always been reliable no matter the issue with our car. You can ask for a price match if you find a better deal at a competitor. Only downside to their excellence is their popularity. There always seems to be long lines even with all registers open. Not a deal breaker but a small inconvenience. Bring your patience and a smile. They're doing their best.

Slacking guys floor looked unorganized some of items I needed weren't in stock when I asked an employee he seemed more worried about closing procedures than take care of the customers not what it used to be
