Selling Chinese parts that you have to go back and spend to return and put bad quality again, even if they have a lifetime warranty, they are more expensive and they don't have all the parts.

Very bad experience. My wife was picking up some parts for her disabled father. Two older gentleman treated her as if she didn't know anything. To be specific they gave her half of the order and sent her on her way and when she came back after her father said it wasn't the whole order and she went back in and was welcomed back with an attitude saying she already picked up the order and that was that. Then one of them casually went back and opened the order bin again and found the part that she was missing. He out it on the counter and just walked back and continued cleaning. Everyone has bad days and not everything is perfect, but even a neutral attitude would have been better. Instead it was passive aggressive for no reason. I hope it was just a bad day.
