“I had a wonderful experience with the service department today! We're not from the area, and didn't get a chance to get the oil changed before leaving town. We called and they said we could just bring it in. They did the oil change while I waited in about an hour. I had asked them to rotate my tires, but they forgot. They were apologetic and so helpful that I didn't mind waiting a little longer. We noticed the battery for my remote starter needed to be replaced, so they did that complimentary. I truly appreciated them being up front and efficient. The waiting area is kind of small, but luckily, I was the only one there. It's stocked with plenty of vending machine snacks, a coffee bar, and a TV to pass the time. We're in the valley often, and it's comforting knowing we can count on them when needed.”

No upsells- just fixing what you came for and if it takes more to do they tell you honestly, and if it doesn’t they don’t just try to make a buck.
They try to give your car back running right. That’s literally the goal. They get it: if they stick to that, the money will come.
I bought a beach beater Jeep Commander in McAllen, and came here to get it running well enough to *also* make the 1000 mile journey home to the Midwest each winter. Exactly what it needed was done, and they fixed mistakes that the first place I tried made that seriously impaired the car. Every time, the labor and parts was completely reasonable.
I wouldn’t take a single vehicle anywhere else in this area, and you shouldn’t either— you’d be making a mistake that will cost you time, money, and quality.”

“Came to the R.G. valley to visit my mom and family. When the A/C decided to go out on us in the minivan. (6days ago) took it to Guzman's Auto to get it looked at, right away he diagnosed it. So took it back the next day and got fixed in the same day. All it was the clutch now it's kicking cold or even colder again. I thought the price was really good for everything. $125.00 for clutch work, works like new, I'm happy. I'd highly recommend this service to family and friends ?”

“I needed to get a part ( back door actuator) for my husband's truck dealing w his ac. I came to visit him since he is out of town and little time to do anything since he works so much. I called around at a few pIaces but I used Trevino's that another guy from my husband's job used said cause he had already been there and had to have his ac worked on. I went there and explained what was going on. Benito quickly checked my truck out and hooked it up w the little computer just to be sure. And he had the part in stock and even though he was busy w vehicles everywhere he said he could do it that day. I went up there by myself so I wasn't able to just drop it off since I didn't know anyone or another ride. So I decided I would come the next morning early and drop it off. I dropped it off and even thou it took a little longer I didn't mind due to all the vehicles he did have already and I just pulled in w no appointment. But it was done in a decent time. The price was very cheap and that was w labor also. When we got the truck back it was blowing very cold and I he did a great job and the price was best around. Will go back for any other issues w the ac if something happens.”
