When I went to the store a worker with a red shirt was being really rude and said that he couldn’t help me since my battery warranty expired on may 13, only 10 days ago. Then I went to this store and I explained my situation to the manager (Cruz) and said that he can help me out. Not only did they help me with the exchange with my battery, Miguel an assistant manager helped me install my battery on my vehicle. We called and they said we could just bring it in. They did the oil change while I waited in about an hour. I had asked them to rotate my tires, but they forgot. They were apologetic and so helpful that I didn't mind waiting a little longer. We noticed the battery for my remote starter needed to be replaced, so they did that complimentary. I truly appreciated them being up front and efficient. The waiting area is kind of small, but luckily, I was the only one there. It's stocked with plenty of vending machine snacks, a coffee bar, and a TV to pass the time. We're in the valley often, and it's comforting knowing we can count on them when needed.”
