Fantastic customer service! Hubby & I walked in to the store to look for an adjustable bed. We were greeted promptly & we explained what we were needing and referred to Ms. Gilda Torres. She was very knowledgeable, kind, listened to us and provided information so WE could make an informed decision on what WE wanted & needed. We had shopped around but we got the best customer service here & warranty information & quality for our needs. Best of all - everything was provided in writing. Ms. Torres was patient and allowed us the time to ask. We did not feel pressured or rushed. Thank you everyone there at Ashley for your assistance & Thank you Ms. Gilda for caring about the customer first!
UPDATE : Got our new bed today (8/28/2024)! Edwin Pastor & his assistant got everything assembled quickly & took the time to explain and answer our questions! Fantastic customer service! Will recommend Ashley for your furniture needs. Thank You!

My shopping experience was amazing at the Ashley Store in Brownsville. Sales person was professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. My purchase was delivered unpacked setup and all showed up in show room condition. The entire experience was top notch. This is not the first time I have shopped at Ashley Furniture and will not be the last time. Great people, great service, customer for life!

The level of customer service provided has been unsatisfactory. Despite assurances of a specific delivery date for my furniture, there has been a lack of follow-through. The team's failure to uphold their commitments reflects irresponsibility.

After going to another furniture store that had an attitude
of they didnt care if we bought anything or not, we went to Ashley furniture. The wonderful sales person with knowledge of her products was eager to help us. It was an excellent no hassle experience. We will be back when we need another piece of furniture. You my pay a little more at Ashley but the quality of the furniture and the wonderful staff are well worth the visit.

The worst experience when picking up my purchase with the lady at the reception, I arrived very early, because my schedule was very closed and due to her will and laziness she attended to the person who arrived after me first! A total lack of respect towards the customer and openly mocking the other customer who was served in my place! A too authoritarian attitude, enjoying her 2 minutes of decision-making power, who is going to be cared for, poor woman! And poor client who sets that example for his son! Very unfairly treated but I already made the report.

Very friendly employees and not pushy at all. We were helped by Marcos which he gave us awesome customer service. All the time we spent in the store we were approached by other employees that asked if we had been assisted. Great store!

I bought a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture Brownsville in February and received it in April. In May, I found dust and a beetle in the dresser. I contacted Ashley, and they told me to file a complaint online and call pest control. The pest control report showed Powderpost beetles in the dresser. Ashley requested more photos and offered to replace the dresser. However, I am concerned about the potential infestation of my home and requested a letter of responsibility from Ashley. They stopped responding to my inquiries, so I filed a complaint with the BBB. Ashley contacted me last week, but their customer service was unhelpful. They offered to refund the shipping cost and send a new dresser without my permission. Today, a Spanish-speaking representative called me with the same offer. They cannot solve my inquiries and only offered to replace the dresser. I feel very disappointed at this time about my home. I feel Ashley damage my
Trust.
