I had a new pair of boosts that the eye lets pulled out. I drove 18 miles to the store, where they were purchased ,to have the boots replaced and Sara, said she was going to call the next store within in 50 miles to have a new pair sent to the Brownsville store. I asked if the replacement pair could be sent to house she said that couldn’t be done. So I waited a week for a call and no one called saying the new pair had arrived. I went back to the Brownsville store to find out no one completed the request to replace my boots. So , I returned the defective pair and I will never go back to that store when the customer is not important or a priority! Sal Carmona

I'm a tacticool kinda guy, I see a patch, I buy it then I find a place on my range bag to stick it. The clothes here are pricey but bulletproof, 5.11 shoes are like walking on nail proof clouds from heaven. Their polo shirts breath for you, they have seams and vents all over the place that keep u cool and comfy all day! Awesome store!
