I wish I can give this a zero star raiting, but that is not an option. I am avid coupon user and definitely go to Dollar general on Saturdays due to their digital coupons and $5 off of 25. There was a lady checking out in front of me was having issues with her coupons and she questioned the cashier about it He was just rude and not helpful to her at all. He was like yeah they attached so the lady paid for her purchase and walked out and started reviewing her receipt and then she came back in to get back into the store due to her coupons not attaching The cashier was not helpful and the lady asked for a refund put her out on back on the shelf and left.
So then it was my turn to check out and what do you know my coupons did not work as well nor did the $5 off of 25 attach. When I question the cashier about it his response were there's nothing I can do about either you make the purchase or you can leave. So I left. I will never come back to the DG in Brownsboro this guy was the most rudest person I've ever met. Zero customer service

Brandon the cashier is the BEST! I came & was in a mad rush to get a birthday gift for my BFF and he went into action helping me find a birthday balloon since it was already set up for Valentine’s Day. I grabbed some other cute things and that smelled good!He asked me if it was for female and I said yes and he picked out the perfect one. He carefully wrapped my cup & candle.In this day & time, customer service is lacking so much ~ but you couldn’t tell it with Brandon. 1000000/10

This DG is the best one I've ever been in. The shelves where nicely stock. No stocking carts blocking aisles. Whoever is in charge give them a raise.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday in this great place. Well we passed a superb evening and the venue was no doubt one of the reasons for the outstanding event. The team helped in a very nice way, the cooking was appetizing and my friends were very happy. We shall definitely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

This place always has what I need. Specially when I need a break and this is my go to store. The staff is super friendly and always there to tell me what I forgot. I always joke and say that I spend at least half my paycheck there, which is most accurate. Good prices good people.
