“First visit here and will drive the distance again because of the meat market and the service! I ordered the dirty rice for an Easter gathering, and it was a total hit! I also ordered stuffed pork chops, green onion, sausage, and Boudin. All was very good! Tony in the meat market, went above and beyond in packing my items with ice and carried it all out in a box to my vehicle. Food and service was fantastic!”
“I LOVE this place. It has saved me so much money over the years. One thing I have noticed is an improvement in the quality of the meat. When this store first opened the meat quality was lacking. So much so that I would buy all my meat from HEB, but now that is not the case. When I move I'm gonna miss shopping here. My cats love the wet cat food as well. 59 cents for a 5-6 oz can is a steal in this economy and when you check the ingredients they are very similar to super expensive brands sold at the pet stores. Granted there are some must have brands a place like this won't carry, but for the most part all the alternatives are great for the price.”

“Fantastic locally owned, fresh from the farm, produce and other things! REAL ones! Not the chain style grocery! Prices are extremely reasonable!Variety changes all the time and based on the season. Picked and restocked daily. This is where I go for all my fresh veggies, eggs, and other real food! For a small store they have a great selection, especially if you're going a couple times a week. Always something different!”

“This is one of the few places where I can get my favorite coffee creamer. The location feels a bit perplexing cause it is somewhat hidden if you're not paying attention, but the inside is huge. This makes the aisles way easier to navigate than in other foodtowns. I also like that they have a little rack with books. Wish they also had sweet bread like the one in Scarsdale, but maybe I haven't looked well-enough.”

“In all the HEBs or even stores in general this has to be the best. The way they care for the community is par none. After the storm we went in there just to get out and get some things. The manager Austin, went above and beyond for anyone who was in there. From setting up power stations, to water/coffee. They just were amazing!! After storms like this, it’s nice to have stores that take care of people!”

“Update to review added below original review!!!!!!!I ordered a 100 pcs of chicken 60 fries and 40 baked with a side of Mac n cheese and green beans for a NYD dinner at my job and the fried chicken was placed in one of the chicken boxes that the chicken comes in raw with wax paper lining the box. I had no idea this how the chicken was served I thought it was in foil pans like most catering orders and the sides were in plastic bags that they come in which would have not been a problem IF the pans were on the side but they were not. As much money as I paid you would have thought the presentation would have been better and people at work complained about the box the chicken was placed in being not sanitary. Randall’s came recommended after having an issue with Walmart. Randalls also would not except the order over the phone without paying first and since I live over 40 minutes from the location I had to wait for the manager to approve the order same day prior to accepting it which was appreciated but if you can’t present a order in a professional manner don’t accept it or at least go out and purchase appropriate containers to use for your order to be presented correctly. Popeyes didn’t have pans for the red beans and rice at the time the order was placed but they ran out before I got there and got them.UpdateI was contacted by the store manager who was very apologetic about my experience and offered me a humble tone and a discount for my experience. He also told me that they will be making improvements with there catering orders and the presentation going forward. Not only will this make me give Randall's another visit but I'll use the discount given in the store whenever I make it back there!Thank you for rectifying this professionally and curiouslyStacey Harris”
“This is a very clean and tidy grocery store, that also has a large beauty section and a well-provisioned pharmacy. There is an ample produce (fruits and vegetables) section, bakery, seafood, and deli. Every time I visit, I discover more and interesting things, such as the Mexican candy. All staff have been eager and willing to help, and are knowledgeable about the store and its offerings. The pharmacy app is a little wonky, which tends to requires me to call and unnecessarily interrupt staff, but they express no frustration. There is a pharmacy drive-thru, and curbside pick-up for your grocery order if desired. There is a gas station with car wash. Inside are two ATMs. You can also have medications and groceries delivered to your door at home, presumably with a fee. For reasons I couldn't understand, however, I was unable to "break" my $20 bills into $10s or $1s at either the customer service desk or the bank/credit union within. So, if you need to get smaller bills, I recommend that you visit the ATM prior to conducting your shopping so as to ask the checker to "break" your $20 bills. I also tend to visit the pharmacy prior to starting grocery shopping, as a line tends to form. There have always been plenty of checkers when it comes time to make purchases, and there are also areas to do self-checkout if you have 25 items or less, and are so inclined. Plenty of parking, but as you can imagine of a store with so much variety and offerings, traffic around the location is appreciable.”
“Okay so I go here to get their doughnuts somedays. Employees seem to all have a positive attitude at the register and bakery. Helps your days start good when others are upbeat. This Randalls is one of the better ones in the whole Houston and surrounding areas.”
